I'm giving this concept of 'sharing myself with the world' a go.  It really is a bit more challenging than I thought - working out what I want 'public' and what is for those who know me already.  And after reading what others have written, I'm really thinking I need a 'pod thingy to be able to contribute effectively ;-)

However, the 'pod fairy did not arrive overnight, so I will mutter about what I am doing with my time instead. 

Having recently gotten into a lot of debt with a 'rennovator's delight' we have now become rennovators.  Sadly, the delight bit is usually a sporadic experience preceded by inadequate heating, mud, dust and increasingly awful carpet.  But goodness, when it is there, I make sure it is accompanied by much squealing and clapping.

To be honest, it is this subject that I am most likely to ramble about - especially all the excellent things I am discovering and feel compelled to share with others (like how to build a bathroom without spending wads of cash).
